Program Offerings

Heart of a Champion has created learning courses around 10 key core character and ethics values crucial to personal and corporate growth and success:

Each Program Consists of:

• A workbook which identifies the keys to applying each core value in their work.
• Four video modules for each core value to illustrate powerful examples of the value at work.
• An onsite seminar to discuss the value, demonstrate the value at work, and address common work-related challenges to applying the value consistently.
• Focus groups to identify key metrics, scenarios, specific desired outcomes, and gauge levels of adoption. (optional)
• Complete pre and post assessments at the organizational and individual level. (optional)
• An employee recognition and celebration meeting along with an ongoing recognition program. (optional)
• A variety of additional program elements designed to reinforce learning and enhance consistent application. (optional)

All programs are scalable, can be customized, and can be deployed as needed, as a part of a quarterly initiative, over a one-year period, or on a longer-term schedule as best fits the company’s needs and desires.

Award Winning ContentVideo modules created by an award-winning television/film production firm whose work has been seen on networks such as NBC and ESPN, are delivered to employees on-line via the corporate network, or on DVD in facilitator-led learning sessions. Modules include applications to further inculcate and reinforce learning. A Heart of a Champion Seminar can incorporate leaders from sports and business, providing delivery with learning that is easily integrated. The program also offers a recognition element, comprehensive pre and post assessments and final data report – all to help you develop corporate champions.

All-Star Speakers:And our team of sports and business leaders will be available to participate in program delivery, seminars, and keynotes to energize your staff. These leaders include: NBA All-Star and CBS analyst, Clark Kellogg; 6-time Olympian Anne Abernathy, baseball All-Star, Harold Reynolds, and others along with senior executives from various successful corporations.

DeliveryAll modules are instructor led and are delivered by Heart of a Champion certified facilitators. Each module includes live action video as support and provides a menu of optional reinforcement tools.
